From the DiscreteMath Directory

RSolve has been removed from the RSolve.m package and implemented completely in the kernel with new and more powerful algorithms. The basic syntax remains the same, however the options are completely different, with the various method selection options removed. Note that the RSolve.m package remains for some of the auxilliary functionality such as SeriesTerm which has not yet been moved to the kernel.
