DiscreteDelta

DiscreteDelta[, , ... ] gives the discrete delta function , equal to 1 if all the are zero, and 0 otherwise.

DiscreteDelta[0] gives 1; DiscreteDelta[n] gives 0 for other numeric n.

DiscreteDelta has attribute Orderless.
