Quotient

FilledSmallSquare Quotient[m, n] gives the integer quotient of m and n.

FilledSmallSquare Quotient[m, n, d] uses an offset d.

FilledSmallSquare Integer mathematical function (see Section A.3.10).

FilledSmallSquare Quotient[m, n] is equivalent to Floor[m/n] for integers m and n.

FilledSmallSquare Quotient[m, n, d] gives a result such that .

FilledSmallSquare n*Quotient[m, n, d] + Mod[m, n, d] is always equal to m.

FilledSmallSquare See Section 3.2.4.

FilledSmallSquare See also: Mod, PolynomialQuotient.

FilledSmallSquare New in Version 1; modified in 4.
