PrintingPageRange

PrintingPageRange is an option for notebooks that determines the range of pages of a notebook to be printed.

PrintingPageRange is specified as a list, {a,b}, where a and b are the numbers of the first and last pages to be printed.

For Macintosh, this option is typically set at the level of the operating system and cannot be specified from within Mathematica.
