"RealTimeWindowMove"

"RealTimeWindowMove" is an option for notebooks that determines if the screen display of a notebook is dynamically updated as it is dragged across the screen using the mouse.

With the setting "RealTimeWindowMove" True, the screen display of a notebook is dynamically updated as its position changes.

With the default setting "RealTimeWindowMove" False, the display of a notebook is updated only after you finish dragging it and release the mouse button.
