"RealTimeWindowResize" is an option for notebooks that determines if the screen display of a notebook is dynamically updated as you resize it using the mouse.

With the setting "RealTimeWindowResize" True, the screen display of a notebook is dynamically updated as you resize it.

With the default setting "RealTimeWindowResize" False, the display of a notebook is updated only after you finish resizing it and release the mouse button.
