"Import"

"Import" is a front end token that opens the Open File dialog box. The contents of the selected file will be inserted at the current insertion point.

This token is equivalent to the menu command File Import.

To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
