"ClearCellOptions"

"ClearCellOptions" removes all explicit option settings for the selected cell.

This token is equivalent to the menu command Format Remove Options.

This command brings up a dialog box that enables you to choose whether option settings should be removed only at the cell level or recursively, within sub-parts of it.

To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
