"StyleDefinitionsOther" is a front end token that opens the Open File dialog box to select a style sheet for the current notebook.

This token is equivalent to the menu command Format Style Sheet.

The commands in this submenu set the option StyleDefinitions on the selected notebook.

To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
