Evaluate Initialization

Evaluate Initialization evaluates all initialization cells in the notebook.

All cells with the options EvaluatableTrue and InitializationCellTrue will be evaluated. Normally notebooks are set up so that these cells contain definitions needed to use other material in the notebook.
