How Options Are Set

All options take the form OptionName -> optionvalue. All available options are listed in the Option Inspector. Sample options include CellFrame, Background, FontFamily, FontSize, FontSlant, and so on. Any options you set using the menus or Option Inspector are reflected in the cell expression. Documentation is available for the options listed in the Option Inspector under Front End Options in the Help Browser.
